1. Purpose
These terms and conditions of sale govern sales concluded through the Philababa online store between Marcel Athith-Outhay SANAPHONE, a sole trader operating under the trade name Philababa, and consumer customers.
2. Products
Philababa offers stamps and philatelic items for sale. The essential characteristics of each item are presented on its product page.
3. Prices
Prices are stated in euros. VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.
4. Order and payment
The order is validated after payment is confirmed using one of the payment methods offered at checkout.
5. Shipping
Orders are shipped by La Poste tracked letter service with protective packaging suitable for philatelic items.
France:
1 to 10 items: €3.60
More than 10 items: €5.74
International:
1 to 20 items: €7.65
More than 20 items: €14.45
Shipping is free from €99 of purchases.
6. Right of withdrawal
The customer has 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal. Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer.
7. Refund
Where the right of withdrawal is validly exercised, the refund is made in accordance with applicable legal provisions after receipt of the returned item or proof that it has been dispatched, as applicable.
8. Personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with the store's privacy policy.
9. Consumer mediation
The contact details of the competent consumer mediator will be added before the store opens to the public.
