Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a return.
To make a return, please contact us beforehand to inform us of your request.
Returned items must be in the condition in which they were received, complete and properly protected for transport.

Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer.
However, if you received an item different from the one ordered or if the item arrived damaged, Philababa will cover the return shipping costs after the situation has been verified.
Damaged or incorrect item
If your order arrives damaged or you received an incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible and provide the information needed to identify the order and the problem encountered.
We will review the situation in order to offer an appropriate solution, including a refund where justified.
Refund
After receipt and inspection of the return, we will inform you whether it has been accepted.
If the return is accepted, the refund will be issued to the payment method used for the order.
The refund will be made in accordance with applicable statutory time limits.
The time required for the refund to appear in your account may then vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-returnable items
Philababa does not currently sell personalized or made-to-order products that are subject to a specific exclusion from the right of withdrawal.
