REFUND POLICY

Right of withdrawal

The consumer buyer has 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.

The buyer must contact Philababa beforehand to notify us of the return request before sending the item back.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer.

Refund

After receipt and inspection of the return, the buyer is informed whether the return has been accepted or refused. The refund is issued to the payment method used for the order, in accordance with applicable statutory time limits. Processing times may then vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
